  Class action suit for pain, suffering & discrimination

  i am very interested in filing a class action law suit against the society for pain, suffering and outright discrimination.

  i know that my situation is not unique one and i have several people who are interested in joining this suit.

  i have contacted a lawyer in hopes to get the ball rolling.

  You might be confronted with the statue of limitations if this all happened 17 years ago,

  not to make any excuses for the borg, I too think that there might be an opening for people that have suffered this kind of treatment

  thats been orchestrated by an organization such as the WTS religion or not.

  I would focus on two points one being that public humiliation implemented by those particular leaders and

  two the deliberate instigation of destroying your person relationship with your immediate family members.

  You might also want to state that you had no personal choice in joining since you were brought up in it as a child.

  There many other people that got brought up in a religion ( cults ) from birth that were mistreated and had their civil rights taken away.

  Something to think about anyways .......good luck

  I just like to mention folks that if TJ dies there are a multitude of men that would gladly fill his spot

  and gain all the important stature and privilege that comes with being a GB member of the WTS.

  It may very well be the most lofty and secure position in the entire organization for a man whose getting up in age.

  Of course he would be expected to tow the party line and slowly blend into the hierarchy.

  ummmm I wonder how well their medical coverage is, this might be worth looking into, I'd love to travel around the world

  and have my butt kissed by the lower class wherever I go

  Why cover over the beauty of natural skin with ink, one thing thats going to happen in the not to distant future you are going to see a lot

  of people suspiciously covering themselves up trying to hide parts of their bodies.

  Fortunately I wont be one of them.

  I guess Tats signify a certain generation which will most likely will fade out over time just like the tattoos that people have put on themselves.

  Who knows what the next generation will come up with ?

  You have to give the old Judge a little leeway considering he was an alcoholic.

  Still Its ironically interesting that the WTS used the end time soon/ new world order prophecy for the length

  of time as they have , I guess they saw it as a tried and true formula in the proliferation of their literature that worked so well why stop.

  In all practical sense I don't think they could at any meaningful level, it would break down their self imposed image of being the one and only true

  voice of god. Image as we know is very important to religions like this, no matter how falsely constructed it is.

  So I guess they would even " fake " believing in it to receive benefits...... absolutely

  Thats exactly right Flipper and its their personal responsibility to rework the doctrines to keep them

  looking legitimate to the rest of the flock.

  Its hierarchal position that many a JW man has had a dream of obtaining.

  The only problem they have now is they've reworked their end time doctrines relentlessly and people are

  starting to grow tired and unbelieving as well.
